You receive an email as soon as your order is finalized

(Order available at the branch where the last service is carried out).

The delivery lead time can vary according to :

• The volume of your order
• The workload of the concerned departments
• The frequency of the printing sessions on some supports
• The eventual finishes
• The pickup option you have chosen( available at Picto Bastille, available at Picto Défense, delivered by a courier or shipment)

To help you to have a visibility concerning the average production deadline for your order, you will find below the added up elements that give you the total period of time from the recording of your order to its availability or its departure for delivery.

To this period, the eventual transfer time between our branches and the delivery or shipment lead time must be added.

Our average deadlines observed according to the type of service :

   NB : the deadlines add up (time delay printing + time delay transfer + time delay finishing + time delay shipment)

• C-type prints (finishing and/or delivery excluded) :
  The orders RC color or B&W confirmed before 7 a.m are handled most of the time in the morning.
  They generally are available at Picto Bastille pick-up counter around noon.
  The High Reflection, translucent or clear orders are handled within 24H.
  NB : the orders including C-type prints with baryta paper require additional 24H for the drying.
• Pigment ink print (finishing and/or delivery excluded) :
  The orders confirmed before 7 a.m are handled within 24H, available at Picto Bastille pick-up counter.
• Piezo Carbon prints (finishing and/or delivery excluded) :
  The orders confirmed before 7 a.m. are handled within 48H, available at Picto Bastille pick-up counter.
• Latex or UV flexible printings (finishing and/or delivery excluded) :
  The orders confirmed before 7 a.m. are handled within 48H, available at Picto Défense pick-up counter.
• UV rigid printings (finishing and/or delivery excluded) :
  The orders confirmed before 7 a.m are handled within 48H, available at Picto Défense pick-up counter.
• Certified Proof (delivery excluded) :
  The orders confirmed before 7 a.m are handled within 2H, available at Picto Bastille pick-up counter.
• Finishing deadlines (service carried out at Picto Défense) :
  On average, and according to all the finishes requested, you must expect and add up 48H (working days) to the production deadline of the prints or the printings.
  NB : If you asked to control your prints before the mounting, you'll receive an email as soon as the prints are finalized. The deadlines for the finalization of your order will depend on the promptness of your visit for the control of the prints.
• Deadlines for special finishes :
  Prints with Acrylic Mounting for the average time is 5 working Days.
  Shadow Box for the average time is 5 working days.
• Transfer between the branches Picto Bastille and Picto Défense :
  A shuttle transfer between the two sites each day between 12h and 15h.
  If your order is produced at Picto Défense (printing our mounting/finishing) and you requested that your order be available at Picto Bastille pick-up counter, you receive a finalization email for instance eg to 16H but your order will really be available at Bastille pick-up counter at 15H the morning.
• Delivery by a courier in Paris itself :
  Add up 6H on working days.
• Shipment :
  Mailing simple : this type of transmission has no commitment of time, or tracking device can.
  Chronopost : add 1 day (an email is sent to you with the tracking number after shipment).
  Colissimo : add up from 2 to 3 days (an email is sent to you with the 'track and trace' number after the shipment).
  France Express National : add up from 2 to 3 days.
  France Express Europe : add up from 2 to 5 days according to the country.
  

Reminder: in any case, a finalization email is sent to you after the validation of the last operation concerning your order. As long as you don't have received this email, any visit in our pick-up counter must be made at your own initiative and do not bind us.
