You are an art school student or a member of a partner association. Consult the list.
You want to create a Direct Print account and benefit from the advantages concerning the services for online print granted by Picto to your school or your association.

The creation of an account that enables to benefit from these advantages is done in 4 steps:

1. Creation of an account (immediate)
2. Activation of the account (immediate)
3. Validation of your application by the representative of your school or your association (variable deadlines)
4. Account transformation with the conditions granted to your school or association (within 48H on working days after the validation from the representative)

If your school or association doesn't appear in the pick list, ask your school/association to contact supportdirect@picto.fr so that it appears in the list.

IMPORTANT :
Do not make any request to the schools or associations you don't belong to.

Create a Direct Print account on http://online.picto.fr
Click on "you don't have a Direct Print account"

Fill in the form:

IMPORTANT :
In the field "profession" select "Student/Art school/Association"
Select your school or your association in the list
Then select the department
Then enter the date of your graduation or the date of the end of your subscription in "studies completion date" (compulsory)
This date will enable us to follow you when you enter the work force if you are a student.

Don't forget to accept the general conditions before the validation.

NB: if you had a 'first draft' account or if you already have created a 'Direct Print' account which uses the same address signal it to supportdirect@picto.fr

If your school or association doesn't appear in the pick list, ask your school/association to contact supportdirect@picto.fr so that it appears in the list.
Do not make any request to the schools or associations you don't belong to.

An email is sent to you on the address used to create your account.
You must click on the link included in the email to activate your account.
If you don't do it, your account isn't valid and your address is blocked.
NB: if you don't receive the email within the following minutes, look into your 'spam'.
If you don't receive any email, signal it to supportdirect@picto.fr in order to unblock your address.

This step enables to use the online print website but it doesn't enable you to benefit from the discounts granted to your school or association.

First the representative of your school or association must validate your application.
A representative of your school or your association has been chosen to validate your application..

When the representative accepts your application, you immediately receive an email notice.
This step doesn't enable you to benefit from the discounts granted to your school or association.

Finally there is one step left.

NB: in case of refusal from the representative, you will be informed by email and the validation procedure ends at this step.
You can use your Direct Print account, but without the negotiated advantages.
In case of contestation, contact directly your school or association.
Picto has no authority over the representatives who are directly appointed by the schools or the associations.

When the representative accepts the application, you receive an email notice.

Picto receives an affiliation request (so that your account be on the conditions of your school or association).
Then we transform your account to enable you to benefit from the advantages negotiated by your school or association.

After the modification of your initial account, you receive an email from us with a new password.
NB: you can change this password with the tab 'your account'.

From this moment you can use your Direct Print account with the advantages granted to your school or association.

NB: the school or association doesn't have access to your account and won't be able to know the details of your orders.
